Week 3 of a 3-week exploration of Earth medicine teachings followed by a restorative sound bath.

In the first 20-minutes participants will be guided through meditations, reflective journaling, discussions points, physical practices and intention setting connected to The Earth. This is followed by a 55-minute sound bath featuring Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs.

The opening practice aims to foster introspection in a nurturing group setting. The sound bath encourages deep relaxation and integration of our reflections and learning.
